Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the goldalgo.net website and the GoldAlgo product (the "Service"), operated by SGHK Softwares Limited ("we", "us"). By purchasing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What GoldAlgo is

GoldAlgo is a software indicator for the TradingView platform, provided for educational and informational purposes only. It applies a predefined support and resistance methodology to the XAUUSD (gold) chart and displays levels, signals and trade-plan markings. GoldAlgo is not a broker, does not execute trades, does not manage money and does not provide investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Nothing displayed by the indicator or published on this website is a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

2. Purchases and billing

Access is sold as a monthly subscription, a 3-month subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase, billed in USD and processed by Whop (whop.com), our merchant of record and payment platform. Whop's own terms apply to the payment itself. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; the lifetime purchase does not renew. You can cancel at any time from your Whop account; access remains active until the end of the paid period. Prices may change, but never during a period you have already paid for.

3. Delivery and access

Access to the indicator is granted invite-only to the TradingView account you connect through Whop. Delivery is automatic and normally completes within minutes. A free or paid TradingView account is required; TradingView is a third-party service we do not control, and GoldAlgo is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TradingView.

4. License

Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the indicator on your own TradingView account for the duration of the subscription. You may not share, resell, sublicense, copy, reverse engineer or redistribute the indicator or its signals as a paid or free service to others.

5. Risk warning

Trading gold and other financial instruments carries a significant risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Most retail traders lose money. Any examples, simulations or historical markings shown by the Service are illustrative and are not a promise of future results. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions. 6. Refunds

Refunds are handled as described in the Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, use it to violate any law, or present the Service or its output as your own product. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, with a pro-rata refund of the unused period where the breach is not abusive or fraudulent.

8. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of signals, or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
