Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data goldalgo.net collects and how it is used. The site is operated by SGHK Softwares Limited ("we", "us").
1. What we collect
On this website we do not ask you to create an account and we do not collect names, passwords or payment details. The site may store campaign tags (such as utm parameters and ad click ids) in your browser's local storage for up to 30 days, so that a later purchase can be attributed to the ad that brought you here.
When you buy, the purchase happens on Whop (whop.com). Whop collects your email, payment details and the TradingView username you choose to connect, under Whop's own privacy policy. We receive from Whop your email address, your order details and your connected TradingView username, which we use to deliver access, provide support and send service messages about your subscription (such as renewal or expiry notices).
2. Cookies and tracking
The site may use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and similar advertising tags to measure whether our ads work. These tags can set cookies and send standard event data (pages viewed, checkout started, and a purchase confirmation reported server-side) to the advertising platform. You can block these with standard browser tools, ad blockers or your device's tracking settings, and the site keeps working normally without them.
3. How we use data
- To deliver the product you bought and manage your access.
- To answer support requests.
- To measure and improve our advertising.
- To send you service emails about your subscription. Marketing emails are sent only where permitted and always with an unsubscribe link.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with the processors needed to run the Service: Whop (payments and delivery), TradingView (indicator access), our email provider (service messages) and advertising platforms (measurement, as described above). Each processes data under its own policy.
5. Retention and your rights
We keep purchase and support records for as long as needed for accounting and legal obligations, and delete or anonymize them after that. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, write to info@goldalgo.net. We answer within 30 days.
6. Children
The Service is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
7. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; the date above reflects the current version.
